Here we all are at Hershey PA in the fall of 08. We did the Hershey car show and then the PA Rennasance festival- Arrrrrrr for Pirate Weekend :)
OK~Here are -in left to right order- Aurora, Dawn, Hauk, Aric, and in front Bryan. Bryan is squinting because Aric just hit him with his hat........ahhhhh the joys of parenthood :) Here is Sean with Aric (the two bookends to the right) and Bryan
This is our new baby! (she's mine) She's a Leader 4x12 Vortex Airtight Arch Evaporator with a set of Max Pans, Steam-a-Way, and hoods.............(she's mine) All Stainless Baby!!! Let me tell you something...... if you have ever thought of expanding your sugarbush, OR cutting down the time you spend in the sugarhouse, GET A STEAM-A-WAY!!!! (she's mine) Not only does the time fly by, but you have this wonderfully efficient way of using the residual heat from your flue pan to create not only sweeter, hotter sap going in, but a never ending supply of much wanted and needed hot water for your sugarhouse!!!!
